I am looking for any metal bands (besides hardcore) to play a show. We already have 8 bands going and If you would like to sign up just e-mail celestialdarknessx@hotmail.com Mainly we just started this because of all the emo guys walking around and whatnot, but we realized that metal is dying in our area, people are walking away from it. And granted Ill always love it, we want others to also.

We are located in the suburbs of chicago and the 'fest will be some time in July/August. Thank you

hey, im form subarbs of chicago and have actually been to an eternal frost based concert before. If youre looking for bands i know a few. The only eternal frost band that i know that i really like is Lost in blue. they sond a lot like old maiden. Some of the other good bands in the my area are Futile, Sojourner, Tides of Eternity, and Desecrate the Hour. I'm also friends with some of the metal bands at my high school. Ill have them talk to u about it. keep us updated though. It sounds cool. Chicago metal shows are always filled with crappy metalcore or straight up hardcore disguised as death metal becase the singer will have like a cannibal corpse shirt or something. it alwasy sucks.

I'm a 1 man band at the moment, but I could play the Star Spangled Banner at dusk if I was there. I would be proud to do it in full uniform with my Ran :lhdevil:

Definitely tell them to e-mail us. Right now we are just kind of confused on venues and money. We are currently negotiating our costs and whatnot. We need a big venue so that all of the people can fit. We think it might be an outdoor show because of alot of the bands that are coming already.

Well seeing as how its going to be more than 6 hours long, I dont think we can really do that, or at least hold the cops out for that long. But good idea. We may have found a place so if anyone even reads this....yeah.
