That ones pretty weak IMO, if you focus on the middle one it is obvious they arent spinning. Or slightly cross your eyes.

oooh thats that famous painting by the portraitist during the northern renaissance, i cant recall his name...but the skull is stretched out at the bottom, also, theres a broken string on the lute that has some sort of symbolism...there was a lot of controversy involved in this painting because of all the hidden symbolism about the corrupt ambassadors or something

Exactly damn it, I still can't figure it out how they do it. Everone says it's some trick with patterns and shit but no one can exactly tell me how it's done.

Think about what they are asking you to do.

1) Think of a number, call this N.
2) Perform a series of additions and subtractions to this number.
3) Subtract N.
4) Perform some more additions and subtractions.

Steps 1 and 3 render the fact that you thought of a number irrelevant as they cancel each other out. You are simply left with the balance of the additions and subtractions every time.

Oh for Christ's fucking sake!!!

1. ANY INTEGER +13, -10, +18, +25, -24, MINUS THE INTEGER is always 22, regardless of what number you start with.

2. This is even simpler.

Take the number XY - subtract Y, you get X0. Subtract the X and then you always get X0-X, regardless of what Y was. In other words, look at the diagonal that says 81, 72, 63, 54, 45 etc. - it's always S, right? That's 90-9, 80-8, 70-7 etc. etc.

This is grade-school stuff.

the first ones alread been explained...but on the 2nd one its just dumb...they take all of the possible answers and make it the same symbol...so no matter what number you take, it'll be the answer

like...94-9-4=81 will always be the same symbol as 44-4-4=36 and 22-2-2=18

come on guys, youre missing the obvious :)

every possible answer will be the same symbol

lets say you use 22 ok? you take 22-2-2=18, the symbol for the number 18 will be the same as 55-5-5=45...45 and 18 will have the same symbol, lets say you take 12 and do 12-1-2=9...9 will have the same symbol as 45 and 18...the thing just takes ever possible answer for subtracting the 2 digits of the number and makes it the same symbol

There is a very simple element that it was not explain here and i think it is the reason why this is such a mind blowing for most and, again, its very simple and it is got nothing to do with a very elaborate and intelegent twist:
The symbols board changes everytime u play. This is what makes the "game" seem to go beyond math.

Oh... and another thing. I guess most people will simply assume from the start without thinking about it that for each number the symbol is different.
