I'm seeding it on bit torrent if you niggaz are interested.

Haven't heard it yet, but Zakk usually delivers even if it happens to be a bit mediocre like Blessed Hellride.

Here ya go, Drag:

http://www.bittornado.com/

Read the FAQ and all that shit and download the program.

Anyways, onto the album. Heard half of it at lunch, not bad at all. It starts off slow, the track that's gonna be on the radio, "Suicide Messiah" is nothing special but once it hits track 5 it's primed to rip off some testicles.

That should've read, "once it hits track 4"

Good sweet Jesus, that song is a ball destroyer. All in all a pretty good record so far. Can't wait for the proper release in March.

I've listened to this again and again and again looking for some redeeming features. I'm heavily biased - I'm a sucker for the dirty Southern rock sound, I wanted to have babies with the first few BLS albums and I don't even mind Zakk's voice (which shits many to tears).

But regardless, I can't find a lot of nice things to say about this mess. The ballads are marginally better than the more rockin' songs, but the album as a whole is pretty fucking unconvincing.

I much agree fbs. All of zakk's shit up to this has fasicinated me beyond. I am and always will be a hardcore zakk and BLS fan, but I feel this album was more washed out than previous attempts. The ballads are decent, but the rockin songs didn't rock as hardcore as past albums. I can't keep slammin my man, so in final, "fire it up" kicks ass, "suicide messiah" has the sickest fuckin chromatic, diatonic walk I've ever fuckin heard at the end, and "Dr Octavia" is shreadtastic. but the album as a whole is nothing to rant and rave over.

I've never really liked BLS other than "The Blessed Hellride",and this album isn't helping AT ALL.
